  • First and For most, Develop good eating habits and drink plenty of water.
  • Shampoo and condition hair once a week.
  • Use minimum heat.
  • Stimulate scalp with daily massages to improve blood circulation/grow hair.
  • Trim hair every 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Switch up your styles to avoid stressing hairline.
  • Always use a wide tooth comb to avoid pulling and damaging hair.
  • Use essential oils to help moisturize hair such as jojoba, olive, coconut, or castor oil just to name a few.
  • Use a satin bonnet or silk pillowcase at night.
